THE LAMUMBA DOSSIER

Pilot Episode Tentatively Titled:

The Fuse

Our objective is to raise ZAR 2,507,440.00 (USD 114,025.87) to fund the pilot episode of "The Lamumba Dossier" television series. To achieve this, we have divided the total into 250 contribution slots of ZAR 10,000 (USD 570.69) each. By structuring the campaign this way, we invite individuals, companies, and institutions with the means to take ownership of one or more slots, making a direct and significant impact on bringing this project to life. We appeal to all potential contributors to consider this straightforward rationale: each slot filled brings us one step closer to realizing the pilot and, ultimately, the series itself. Your support at this level is both meaningful and pivotal.

The current iteration of the Lamumba civil conflict is over 14 years old. Former South African President Lethabo Moeketsi and AU envoy to Lamumba has negotiated a peace agreement now on the brink of collapse, "The Kinshasa Protocol" is falling apart.

The NML (Nouveau Mouvement de Libération) rebels have splintered over concessions made in the agreement. Udo Kalamba the political leader of the NML is in Johannesburg South Africa for the opening of the 34th ordinary session of the African parliament, where South African President and current AU President is anticipated to announce an agreement on elections in Lamumba.

General Abuwame, military leader of the NML has not been seen since the signing of the Accord. The rebel General is believed to have self-exiled to Northern Sangala. Zahra Pagane who is part of the support team of the AU envoy believes peace is not possible without Abuwame.
